    The method

    Our Approach

Every engagement runs the same four steps in the same order. That is what makes the reasoning auditable afterwards: you can see which evidence produced which decision.

    1. 01

      Discover

We map the category, the competitive set and the audience before proposing anything. Research, stakeholder interviews and an honest audit of where the brand stands today.

    2. 02

      Define

Positioning, proposition and messaging architecture. We settle what the brand stands for, who it is for and why it deserves preference — in language the whole organisation can use.

    3. 03

      Design

The identity system and its expression: naming, visual language, tone of voice and the templates that carry them. Built to hold up across markets, formats and languages.

    4. 04

      Deploy

Rollout, enablement and governance. Guidelines your teams will actually use, a phased launch plan, and measures agreed before launch so performance can be judged fairly.

A recommendation you cannot trace back to evidence is just a preference with better typography.
